Download and install MU Online for MuMat
Download the full MuMat client for Windows to play on our upgraded MU Online Season 2 server. Start with the regular client; the BETA client is an optional version for testing.
Regular MU Online client
Use this client to start playing. Choose one of the download links below; they provide mirrors for the regular client.
How to install and start playing
- Create a MuMat account on the website.
- Download the complete archive and extract it into a separate folder. Keep all client files together.
- Run Launcher.exe from the extracted folder and wait for any client updates to finish.
- Start the game, sign in with your MuMat account and create or select a character.
MuMat BETA client — for testing
The new 5.6 client is still being developed. It may contain bugs; use the regular client above if you want to start playing without testing the BETA.
Download BETA client (v23, 2026-09-30, 695 MB)
Start the BETA through Launcher.exe. The launcher updates the client and lets you choose Main or Renaissance. Choose Main to play on mumat.net.
Please report BETA bugs in the website chat. Crashes are reported automatically; other problems need your description.
If the client does not start or connect
Check that the archive was fully downloaded and extracted. Run Launcher.exe from the client folder, rather than from inside the archive.
Allow the launcher to finish updating. In the BETA, also check that Main is selected for mumat.net.
If the problem remains, ask in the website chat and include the client version, the error message and the step where it occurs.
